Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for consulting services provided by Olivetra Strategy Ltd ("Olivetra", "we", "us"). We aim to be fair and transparent, and we want every client to feel confident engaging us.

Discovery calls

Our initial discovery calls are complimentary and carry no charge or obligation.

Fixed-scope packages (Compass)

For one-off, fixed-scope engagements such as our Compass package, you may request a refund of unused fees within 7 days of payment, provided substantial work or deliverables have not yet been produced. Once a workshop has been delivered or a strategy document has been issued, that portion of the fee is non-refundable as the work has been performed.

Monthly engagements (Grove)

Monthly retainer engagements are billed in advance for each month. You may cancel future months at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current month, during which services are actively being delivered, are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after the notice period.

Tailored programmes (Estate)

Refund and cancellation terms for tailored programmes are set out individually in the relevant statement of work, reflecting the bespoke nature and resourcing of these engagements.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your invoice details and the reason for your request. We will review every request fairly and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method.

Our commitment
